Uploading documents for Rabbet to Classify and Parse

1. From the 'Overview' tab within the project, open the draw for which documents are being uploaded.

2. From any tab within the draw, click on the 'Add Documents' button

If you’re uploading one document type, select the type (ex. “Invoice”). Select “various” if you’re uploading documents of multiple types. Rabbet will classify these for you.
If all of the documents you are uploading are the same type (invoices or lien waivers), you should select the proper file type in this dropdown: 

Click on the upload pad to select the files that you want to upload, or simply drag and drop all of your documents onto the upload pad. Once you see green check marks indicating your files have been uploaded successfully, click on the blue 'Parse' button. This will prompt Rabbet to classify documents and extract information. 

3. The uploaded documents now appear on the 'Documents' tab within the draw. Rabbet has separated and classified the individual documents within the uploaded documents, and will commence extracting data if you clicked "Parse".  

Uploading a document without using the Rabbet Classifier 

This is useful to upload documents that you don't want data extracted from like inspection report, permits, or a long file of subcontractor backup. 

1. From any tab within the draw, click on the 'Add Documents' button

2. Select the appropriate document type from the 'Type of Document' drop down menu. 

Click on the upload pad to select the files that you want to upload, or simply drag and drop all of your documents onto the upload pad. Once you see green check marks indicating your files have been uploaded successfully, click on the 'Upload' button.

3. The uploaded document now appears on the 'Documents' tab within the draw.
