Setting up your access for the borrower portal. You will receive an email from help@rabbet.com inviting you to create your borrower portal account with Rabbet. You will use your email address that you received the invite to and create a password.

Once you have completed your account creation you will log in and see your project or projects names. To access your project click on the desired project tile.

You will see the option to create a new draw and a list of draws that have already been created or submitted.

NOTE - You will not be able to create a new draw until the prior draw has been submitted to your lender.

To create a draw select "Create Draw" you will then be asked to name the draw.

You are now in the draw you created and will upload all applicable documents such as draw summaries, pay applications, and supporting invoices. Once these have been uploaded input the requested amount for the draw and any applicable notes for your lender than submit. NOTE - Once a draw has been submitted you will not be able to edit any information on the draw.

Once your lender has reviewed and approved your draw it will be marked as "Funded" in your account.
