The Draw Overview tab is a comprehensive view of the progress of your draw. Here users can review documents, approvals, funding source information and draw rules.

The documents header displays the number of documents that have been properly allocated against the number of total documents uploaded this draw. If this is Yellow, documents are missing information.

Clicking the header will navigate you to the documents tab to view all documents in the current draw.

Doc approvals will list the number of approved documents against the number of documents in the draw needing to be approved. If this is Yellow, documents are in need of approval. Viewing the documents section will display the approval status of each document. Selecting the doc approval header will navigate you to the documents tab to view all documents.

Note: Document Approvals will only display if document approvals are turned on in project settings

The budget header lists number of line items requested this draw against the number of line items requested this draw that have sufficient budget remaining. If this is Red, some line items are overdrawn on the budget.

Selecting the budget button will navigate you to the budget tab. Here you can see all budget divisions and line items.

The rules header will list the number of rules that have been passed against the number of rules on the draw. If this is Yellow, rules are pending.

The Funding Sources header will display the percent of the amount requested this draw allocated to the funding sources. If this is Red, funding sources are in need of allocation.

Selecting the Funding Sources header will navigate you to the funding sources tab.

Scroll down on the draw overview to view the funding sources on your project and the amounts requested and drawn to date totals.

The draw approvals header will lists the number of draw approvals received against the number of draw approvals. If this is Yellow, draw approvals are pending.

Approvals can be viewed by user by scrolling down to the approvals section or selecting the draw approvals header. Here you can view which users have completed their reviews and edit the reviewers by selecting 'Edit Draw Reviewers.'

If your Rabbet org is integrated with a payments solution the payment header will lists the number of payments posted against the number of payable documents. If this is Yellow, some payments have not been posted.
