Deleting a Project
After confirming that the best course of action is complete project deletion, follow the workflow below. Ensure that the project is not in the setup phase and that you have the necessary permissions to proceed.
Projects cannot be deleted while they are still in the setup phase. If you need to remove a duplicate or unwanted project, you must first complete the minimal required setup. This can be done by skipping most setup details and finalizing the process. Once the setup is complete, the project can be deleted.
If you require a project to be completely deleted, you can do so from 'Project Settings > Project Details'. Please note that you are only able to delete a project if you have the 'Delete Projects & Draws' permission toggled ON. If you have this permission, you will see the option to delete the project by clicking "Delete Project" within the 'Project Settings > Project Details' section.
To resolve common deletion issues, follow these steps:
Complete the Setup Phase: If the project is still in setup, finalize the minimal required setup to enable the delete option.
Check Permissions: Navigate to Project Settings > Project Details and verify if the delete option is visible. If not, contact your administrator to request the necessary permissions.
