Why do I not see the option to delete a project?

This is because your permission to delete projects is not toggled on. Please reach out to an admin in your organization for this permission if you are not one.

How come I do NOT see the delete draw option?

There are 2 reasons that you will not see the delete option in the drop down. The first reason being you may not have permission to delete draws. The second reason may be if the draw you are attempting to delete is not the most recent draw. Only the newest draw can be deleted.

Can I upload a new pdf without removing my existing document entry?

Currently we are not able to replace PDF after upload. You can either remove the original document upload, or add the new document and mark as a back up document.

When attempting to add a user I receive the message user already exists.

This can occur when users have been deleted. When attempting to make changes to an existing user DO NOT delete the user rather attempt make the necessary changes or reach out to Help@rabbet.com If you receive this messages please reach out to Help@Rabbet.com to resolve

How do I change a projects status from Active to Complete?

A project's status can be changed in Project settings > Project Details under status.

My Project is missing our draw assessment questions.

These can be turned on in Project Settings > Forms Configuration.

I want to include an invoice in my draw but do not want it to be included in the draw total.

To include an invoice in a draw as a "back up" document you can upload the invoice and check the box "do not apply to draw"

This will include the invoice in the draw with out applying the invoice total to the draw total.

How come I am unable to assign a line item to my document?

Before being able to assign a budget line item and amount to a document, the document must first be include in a draw. This means if the document is upload at the project level and not currently in a draw you will not have the option to assign a line item until you select the draw it will be included in.

Why is my invoice not being included in my draw total?

If your invoice total is not included in the draw total ensure the invoice assignments have been completed and has a green link in the status column.
