The administrator for your organization's Rabbet account will add individual users. There are two tiers of login security available to your organization. The first part of this article describes the registration steps without multi-factor authentication (MFA). The second part of the article provides additional instruction when MFA has been enabled for your organization.
Registration Steps for All Users
Once the admin has added you as a Rabbet user, you will receive an email from help@rabbet.com. Open the email and click the 'Set Up Account' button.

The Rabbet application will open in your browser. Complete the registration modal and click 'Submit'.
Ensure your password is at least 8 characters in length.
After clicking 'Submit' you will be provided with a safety key in case you lose the device you used to setup your account. Record the code in a safe place and click the box next to 'I have safely recorded this code'.
A green and white check mark should display with a note that 'you are all set'. Click continue to finalize your account set-up.
Additional Registration Steps for Organization with MFA Enabled
Download an OTP (one time password) authenticator app to your mobile device. Here are several options:
Recommended: Microsoft Authenticator (Google Play / App Store)
Authy (Google Play / App Store)
Google Authenticator (Google Play / App Store)
Guardian (Google Play / App Store)
After clicking 'Submit' on the registration form, you will be prompted to scan a QR code using the authenticator app that you downloaded.
Scanning the QR code will automatically configure the authenticator app to generate 6-digit codes that are used to log into Rabbet.
Enter the 6-digit code from the app on the Rabbet login screen. Check the 'Remember this browser' box if you'd like to bypass the two factor authentication for future logins from this device.
Click the white and blue arrow at the bottom of the page to continue.
You will then be provided with a safety key in case you lose the device you used to setup your account. Record the code in a safe place and click the box next to 'I have safely recorded this code'.
